Dieter Grasedieck

Dieter Grasedieck (born July 2, 1945 in Gladbeck ) is a German politician ( SPD ).

Life and work

After graduating from secondary school in 1962, Grasedieck completed an apprenticeship as a locksmith and, after completing it, attended the engineering school in Hagen from 1965 to 1968 . He then began studying at RWTH Aachen University , which he completed in 1971 with a degree in engineering and the first state examination for teaching at vocational schools . After completing his legal clerkship , he also passed the second state examination and then worked as a teacher at a vocational school. After he was appointed deputy headmaster in 1979, he became senior director of studies in 1982 and ran a vocational school until 1994.

Dieter Grasedieck is married.

Political party

He has been a member of the SPD since 1971 and was chairman of the SPD sub-district Bottrop from 1995 to 2001 .

MP

From 1976 to 2004 Grasedieck belonged to the city council of Bottrop and was chairman of the SPD parliamentary group from 1992 to 1994.

From 1994 to 2009 he was a member of the German Bundestag .

Dieter Grasedieck is always as directly selected delegates of the constituency Bottrop - Recklinghausen IV and since 2002 the Recklinghausen III - constituency Bottrop in the Bundestag drawn in. In the 2005 Bundestag election , he achieved 56.0% of the first votes .

Public offices

From 1991 to 1992 Grasedieck was mayor of the city of Bottrop.
