Dieter Willmann (soccer player)
Dieter Willmann (born March 17, 1940 - November 10, 2009 ) was a German football player. He played in the position of defender.
Willmann came to VfL Osnabrück as a youth player in the 1950s . On the 11th day of the 1961/62 season, he made his debut in the Oberliga Nord against Bremer SV . By 1965 he was used in over a hundred competitive games for VfL. He then played for Sportfreunde Lotte . After the end of his active sports career, he worked as an amateur trainer and was involved in the management of the VfL Osnabrück.
For many years Willmann ran the traditional pub Olle Use in the old town of Osnabrück .
