Diethardt von Preuschen
Diethardt Freiherr von Preuschen (born March 8, 1935 in Wiesbaden ; † August 26, 2016 in Bonn ) was a German lawyer and ministerial official . From September 1, 1981 to April 9, 1985 he was State Secretary and representative of the Saarland at the federal government.
From Preuschen studied law has been at the University of Kiel with a thesis on the legal protection in matters of grace 452 § Code of Criminal Procedure to a doctor of law doctorate . After his work as State Secretary, he worked for the FDP parliamentary group and a lawyer.
He had been a member of the Corps Saxo-Borussia Heidelberg since 1956 .
