Dilaver Satilmis (born February 24, 1979 in Basel ) is a former Swiss football player of Turkish descent.
The son of Turkish immigrants was born and raised in Switzerland and he also played for the youth of FC Basel before he went to Turkey at the age of 17. He stayed with Trabzonspor for three years before returning to Switzerland to embark on a football career that was marked by constant club changes. He came to the Swiss second division club FC Wil via FC Luzern and SR Delémont . In 2002 the club was promoted to the National League A.
During this time, Satilmis, who has Swiss and Turkish citizenship, was discovered for the Swiss U21 national team and was featured 15 times there.
After another year at FC Wil in the NLA, I went back to Turkey for a year and a half. Then he tried to gain a foothold in Germany and joined the regional division SV Darmstadt 98 . In 2006, the second division team Wacker Burghausen signed the left defender. He ended his career there in 2009.
