Dimitri Schulz (born February 14, 1987 in Alexejewka , Kyrgyz SSR , Soviet Union ) is a German mechanical engineer and politician of the AfD .

Life

Schulz was born in the Soviet Union in 1987. As a child, he emigrated to Germany with his parents. He studied mechanical engineering and works as an engineer in Hessen . Schulz claims to come from a family of Jewish origin.

Schulz has been a member of the Hessian AfD since 2014 . For the AfD he is on the city council in Wiesbaden . In the Hessian state elections in 2018 , he ran for 14th place in the AfD in the Wiesbaden I constituency . He succeeded in entering the Hessian state parliament as a member of parliament .

In 2018 he was a founding member of the organization Jews in the AfD (JAfD). On the occasion of the founding of the JAfD, Ricarda Breyton wrote in the world that Schulz described himself on his Facebook page as “ true to the Bible ” and “Follower of Jesus Christ” and in his application speech for the state list of the Hessian state elections in 2018 the crimes of the Germans in the Second World War relativized.
