The Direction générale de l'aviation civile ( DGAC ; German civil aviation authority DGAC ) is the French supervisory authority for civil aviation with headquarters in Issy-les-Moulineaux , a suburb of Paris . It reports to the Ministry of Ecology, Energy and Sustainable Development (MEDDE).
