Dirk-Alexander Grams
Dirk-Alexander Grams (* August 1957 in Brück ) is a German painter and art lecturer who specializes in reverse glass painting .
Gram's first independent artistic works were created at the end of the 1970s. The following years were marked by intensive support in various painting techniques by Peter-Michael Glöckner .
Before the Wall came down, Dirk-Alexander Grams fled to the Federal Republic . He spent the following years in Donaueschingen , where he continued to work as an artist and occasionally as a lecturer for reverse glass painting at the Hofgut Hohenstein art school, and as a lecturer for free painting at the Donaueschingen art school.
In addition to painting, he also worked for the Art.Plus Museum and restored various old paintings and statues on behalf of the City of Donaueschingen and the Principality of Fürstenberg .
In 2013 he moved back to Brandenburg .
Grams exhibited in Versailles (near Paris ), Berlin , Stuttgart , Frankfurt am Main and Zurich , among others .
