Dirk Dzemski (* 16th June 1972 in Halle ) is a German boxing trainer and former boxer in the middleweight from Magdeburg .

Career

Dzemski started boxing in 1982. As a longtime amateur boxer, he played about 240 fights, of which he won 190. In 2000 he finally switched to the professional camp. Dzemski was trained by | Werner Kirsch and was under contract at Sport Events Steinforth .

In 2002 he was German champion, he also won the middleweight title of the insignificant NBA (National Boxing Association). In July 2004 Dzemski lost the first title defense of the German championship against Sebastian Sylvester by technical knockout in the seventh round. On September 9, 2006, he played a fight for the EU championship in Hamburg , but lost to Mahir Oral by technical knockout in the first round.

After losing to Oral, he ended his active career. He then began working as a trainer in the SES boxing stable, where he looks after the WBO super middleweight world champion Robert Stieglitz . Dzemski is married and has two sons.
