Dirk Mankowski

Dirk Mankowski (born November 28, 1962 ) is a German football player and coach.

Life

Dirk Mankowski played as a midfielder for various Berlin clubs, u. a. BFC Preussen , and played in more than 300 league games . For Blau-Weiß 90 Berlin he is said to have played in the Bundesliga in 1986/87 and later in the 2nd Bundesliga . Later then as an active member of TSV Rudow in the association league. After taking over the coaching post there in 2000, he moved to Halleschen FC in July 2002 . In March 2004 he was there - his team was on the 2nd place in the table of the southern relay of the Oberliga Nordost - dismissed. In July 2004 he succeeded Christian Backs as head coach at Füchsen Berlin . He then took on various coaching positions at SFC Stern 1900 , u. a. 2013 the A youth.

His older brother Helge (* 1972) was also active as a football player, but did not get beyond regional league assignments.
