Career

In the club

Vind played handball in Ebeltoft when she was young . After Vind moved to Funen with her parents , she later played for the youth team of FC Midtjylland Håndbold . In the championship season 2012/13 she made her debut in the women's team of FC Midtjylland Håndbold on April 9, 2013 in the first division match against Team Esbjerg . In the summer of 2013, the goalkeeper moved to the first division club HC Odense . With Odense reached in the 2013/14 season the knockout stages of the European Cup Winners 'Cup in the 2014/15 season , the third round of the European Cup Winners' Cup and in the season 2015/16 the quarter-finals in EHF Cup .

Vind guarded the goal of Nykøbing Falster Håndboldklub in the 2016/17 season . With Nykøbing Falster she won the Danish championship and was in the semi-finals of the EHF Cup. Then she was under contract with Aarhus United . For the 2019/20 season she switched to Team Tvis Holstebro . In 2020, the women's department split off from Team Tvis Holstebro and has since acted as Holstebro Håndbold .

In selection teams

Ditte Vind was a member of the Danish youth and junior national team. She won the bronze medal at the U-19 European Championship in 2013 and at the U-20 World Championship in 2014 . Vind made her debut for the Danish national beach handball team on July 2, 2019. So far, she has completed 10 international matches in which she scored 2 points. With Denmark, she won the gold medal at the Beach Handball Euro 2019 .
