The F. Divella SpA is an international Italian food manufacturers . The family company, based in Rutigliano in the metropolitan city of Bari , mainly produces and sells pasta and pelati , tomato sauces , baked goods , pulses , extra virgin olive oil , Balsamico di Modena , flour , polenta , rice and couscous under the Divella brand . Divella employs 250 people and in 2002 had a turnover of 132 million euros.

The company, now run by the fourth generation, was founded in 1890 by Francesco Divella. He gave up his previous activity as a flour and grain dealer and first opened a mill for processing wheat in Rutigliano and in 1905 a factory for the production of pasta, which was gradually expanded over time. From the 1970s, the range was expanded to include other products, especially specialties from Italian cuisine .
