Dmitri Budõlin

Dmitri Budõlin (born March 1, 1974 in Tallinn , Estonian SSR ) is a former Estonian judoka . His younger brother Aleksei is also a successful judoka.

2001 Budõlin was able to win the bronze medal in the weight class up to 90 kg at the European Judo Championships in Paris . A year later he won his first and only World Cup competition in Minsk .

From 2002 Budõlin started for TSV Abensberg in the Bundesliga . After a serious chest muscle injury, he ended his active career in 2007. Together with his brother Aleksei he runs the judo club Budolinn Judokool in Tallinn and works there as a trainer.
