Dobongsan

The Dobongsan is a 739.5 meter high mountain in Seoul in the province of Gyeonggi-do in South Korea .

The Dobong -Berg ( Kor.  도봉산 , Hanja  道峰山 , rev.  Dobongsan ) located in the northeast of the Bukhansan National Park and extends over parts of Seoul, Yangju and Uijeongbu . It is known for the rock formations of the Manjangbong, Seoninbong, Jubong, Obong and Uiam peaks.

There are various temples on the mountain , including the Cheonchuksa, the oldest temple in the region, and a bunker from the Korean War . There are 37 hiking trails.
