The Doe-Nunatak is an isolated Nunatak in East Antarctica Victoria Land . It rises 5 km west-northwest of the Doescher Nunatak in the group of the Outback Nunatakker .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1959 to 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1970 after Wilfrid I. Doe (* 1942), Hospital Corpsman at McMurdo Station in the Antarctic winter of 1967.
