The Dogs Leg Fjord (from English dog leg ' dog leg ' ) is a 10 km long and up to 2.5 km wide fjord on the Fallières coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . It lies north of the Da Forno Peninsula and merges into the Bourgeois Fjord east of Ridge Island . Its entrance is limited to the north by the Bottrill Head .
He was discovered during the British Graham Land Expedition (1934-1937) under the direction of the Australian polar explorer John Rymill . It is named descriptively after its shape.
