criticism

“The nine-part series, produced in the GDR from the end of the 1960s, depicts the varied history of the Dolle family in Berlin with many ups and downs with heart and soul and lots of Berlin humor. East German audience favorites like Agnes Kraus, Helga Raumer and Willi Narloch (in a double role as great-grandfather Gottlieb and his son Willi Dolle) gathered in front of the camera. The series was one of the most popular television programs in the GDR at the time and is a must for all Ostalgic people. "
