Dolmen du Bardon
The Dolmen du Bardon (also called Pierre Chabrée à Coltines ) is located east of Coltines , northwest of Saint-Flour in the Cantal department in France . In France, dolmen is the generic term for megalithic structures of all kinds (see: French nomenclature ).
The simple dolmen ( French dolmen simple ) consists of two approximately 2.0 m long supporting stones, an end stone and the approximately 3.0 m long, overhanging ceiling plate.
The dolmen has been classified as a monument historique since 1986 .
Nearby is the dolmen of Touls, also classified as a monument historique .
