The Dolmen of Laprougès (also called Dolmen de Beauroulet , Dolmen de Pierre-Rouille , Dolmen du Bost or Dolmen de Sencenac ) is located south of the D106 road, southeast of Valeuil , in the Dordogne department in France . In France, dolmen is the generic term for Neolithic megalithic structures of all kinds (see: French nomenclature ).

The simple dolmen ( French dolmen simple ) is almost sunk in the ground. The upper ends of two bearing stones made of limestone and sandstone and the dark, reddish-brown, iron-containing capstone of around 3.6 × 2.0 m are visible .
