Mané-Bogad dolmen

The Mané-Bogad dolmen (also spelled Mané-Boguat ) is a Neolithic dolmen à couloir (dolmen with a corridor) with a round chamber, without a preserved ceiling, in the remains of a tumulus . In France, dolmen is the generic term for Neolithic megalithic structures of all kinds (see: French nomenclature ).

The dolmen, open to the south, is located in a forest about one kilometer west of Ploemel in the Côtes-d'Armor department in Brittany in France . It is about 9.0 m long and 6.0 m wide. Almost all of the bearing stones in the chamber and the corridor have been preserved, albeit partially damaged.

The dolmen was classified as a Monument historique in 1931 .
