Dolmen of Pen-ar-Run
The dolmen of Pen-ar-Run is located northwest of Telgruc-sur-Mer on the Crozon Peninsula in the Finistère department in Brittany in France Dolmen is the generic term in France for Neolithic megalithic structures of all kinds (see: French nomenclature ).
The small simple dolmen ( French dolmen simple ), which forms part of a hedge, has an approximately 2.5 x 2.0 m capstone that rests on three supporting stones. This type of dolmen was very common on the Crozon Peninsula.
