Telgruc-sur-Mer ( Terrug in Breton ) is a French commune in the very west of Brittany in the Finistère department with 2085 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017).

geography

The municipality is located on the Crozon peninsula in the immediate vicinity of the Atlantic coast in the Armorique Regional Nature Park ( French Parc naturel régional d'Armorique ). Brest is 18 kilometers north, Quimper 32 kilometers south and Paris around 500 kilometers east.

Attractions

The Pen-ar-Run dolmen is northwest of Telgruc-sur-Mer.

The nearest exits are at Le Faou and Châteaulin on the expressway E 60 ( Nantes -Brest) and there are regional train stations in Châteaulin and Quimper, among others . There is a regional airport near Brest .
