Coray ( Kore in Breton ) is a French commune in south-west Brittany in the Finistère department with 1,896 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017). The municipality belongs to the canton of Briec (canton of Châteauneuf-du-Faou until 2015 ).

The place is located around 35 kilometers east of the Atlantic coast .

Quimper is 20 kilometers southwest, the city and port of Brest 60 kilometers northwest and Paris around 470 kilometers east (as the crow flies ).
