Leuhan ( Breton Leuc'han ) is a French commune in western Brittany in the Finistère department with 819 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017). The municipality belongs to the canton of Briec (canton of Châteauneuf-du-Faou until 2015 ).

The place is located around 36 kilometers east of the Atlantic coast on the southern edge of the Montagnes Noires ridge .

Quimper is 26 kilometers southwest, the city and port of Brest 60 kilometers northwest and Paris about 470 kilometers east (as the crow flies ).
