The place is located in the west of Brittany in the Parc naturel régional d'Armorique about 10 kilometers east of the Atlantic coast ( Bay of Douarnenez ) a few kilometers south and rises above the confluence of the Aulne into the Rade de Brest east of the Crozon peninsula . Dinéault is located about six kilometers northwest of Châteaulin , 25 kilometers north of Quimper and 30 kilometers southeast of Brest (figures slightly rounded as the crow flies ).
