Dominique Marcel Iten

Dominique Marcel Iten (* 18th September 1986 in train ) is a Swiss radio presenter , editor and musician.

Dominique Marcel Iten began his radio career at Unikom radio channel K . From 2009 to 2012 he studied multimedia producing and engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Chur . There he founded the web-based pop culture format Popbar.tv together with fellow students.

Since 2012 he has been working as a music journalist for web and radio for Radio SRF 3 , a program on Swiss Radio and Television (SRF). In 2013 he also started as a presenter on the national youth radio SRF Virus . There first as an expert and promoter for Swiss music from the independent sector. Since 2015 he has also been responsible for the CH special on Radio SRF 3.

As a musician, Iten was a drummer, lyricist and songwriter in the Zug rock band Pure Soundart from 2005 to 2010 . In 2012 he founded the Lucerne rock band Rival Kings together with former members Daniel Betschart and Rafael Schwab .
