Don Beck

Donald Edward "Don" Beck (* 1937 ) is an American management consultant and co-author (with Chris Cowan) of the book Spiral Dynamics . From the work of his mentor Clare Graves, Beck has developed a model of changing values and changing cultures (the "Spiral Dynamics"). Beck is the co-founder of the National Values ​​Center in Denton, Texas , and CEO of Spiral Dynamics Group, Inc , which commercializes this model internationally. In these functions, Beck uses the Spiral Dynamics system himself.

Career

While he worked as a consultant in South Africa from 1981 onwards , he and Graham Linscott wrote the book The Crucible: Forging South Africa's Future, which was published in 1991. The melting pot: Forging South Africa's future .

Beck taught at the University of North Texas for 20 years . He is a "Fellow" at Gallup .
