Don Thompson (Manager)
Don Thompson (* 1963 in Chicago ) is an American manager .
Life
After 25 years with the group, Thompson headed the US company McDonald’s from July 2012 as the successor to Jim Skinner . On January 28, 2015, McDonald's Corporation announced that Don Thompson would step down as President and CEO of the company effective March 1, 2015 . He was followed by Steve Easterbrook as CEO.
