Donato Acciaiuoli (born September 15, 1428 in Florence , † August 28, 1478 in Milan ) was a scholar.

Donato comes from the Acciaiuoli family from Florence. He wrote a Latin translation of some of Plutarch's works , commentaries on Aristotle's ethics and politics, and on the lives of Hannibal , Scipio and Carolus Magnus ( Charlemagne ). In the work on Aristotle he cooperated with his master Johannes Argyropulos . In 1473 he became a gonfalonier of Florence.
