The house at Donaustraße 25 in Lauingen , a town in the Swabian district of Dillingen on the Danube , was built in the 17th century. The building is a protected monument .

history

On the street-side house facade there is a memorial plaque with the inscription: "The Danube Tower attached to this house was demolished together with the hospital church in 1869, the church rebuilt 1869-1870."

The three-storey gabled house with a gable base and three gable storeys is separated by strong profiled cornices interrupted in the middle . The street front consists of a plastered brick building , on the sides and on the rear gable the house is executed in half-timbered over two massive storeys. The upper floor and the gable on the back protrude slightly over protruding thresholds .
