Donja Gata ( Serbian - Cyrillic Доња Гата ) is a village in the municipality of Bihać in northwestern Bosnia and Herzegovina . It belongs to the Una-Sana canton of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina .

The place is located south of the city center of Bihać at the foot of the Gola Plješivica mountain ( 1646  m )

At the 1991 census, Donja Gata had 198 inhabitants. 197 (99.5%) of these identified themselves as Serbs .
