The Doolette Bay is a bay on the East Antarctic Georg V. Coast . It lies on the border between the right edge of the glacier tongue of Ninnis glacier and the mainland.
It was discovered during the Australasian Antarctic Expedition (1911-1914) under the direction of the Australian polar explorer Douglas Mawson . Mawson named the bay after the Irish-born Australian mining entrepreneur George Philip Doolette (1840-1924), a sponsor of the expedition.
