The Derben village church is the Protestant church in Derben in Saxony-Anhalt , Germany .

At the end of the 14th century Derben is mentioned as a parish village. At that time there was a Romanesque village church in the southern part of the village , which was built from field stone .
In 1912 the old church had to be demolished due to its poor structural condition. A neo-Gothic brick church was built in its place - masonry on a stone base. The nave was with a gable roof and side buttresses provided, likewise the transverse rectangular tower received a gabled roof, which a hexagonal, covered with copper sheet roof rider was mounted. To the east, the building was closed by a rectangular chancel, which is also rectangular and narrower than the nave. Inside, the barrel vaulted wooden ceiling was decorated with historicist paintings. A gallery was built on the west side . The wooden crucifix from the early 16th century and an offering box from 1682 were taken from the old church . There is also a children's tombstone from the second half of the 16th century in the church.
