The original wooden furnishings from the 19th century were removed during a renovation carried out in 1970. The church is surrounded by a tree-lined churchyard with several gravestones from the 18th and 19th centuries. To the north-east of the church is a war memorial for those who died in the First World War . A stone sculpture shows a seated naked soldier with a steel helmet and is reminiscent of depictions of a dying warrior.
