Dorfmühlenkapelle (Unterwittighausen)
The Roman Catholic Dorfmühlenkapelle is located in the center of Unterwittighausen . It lies above the village mill on Wittigostraße and was built by the ancestors of master miller Valentin Lurz. An exact year of construction is not known, however, based on the existing architectural details, this was probably the end of the 19th century. A religious dedication is not known.
Architecture and equipment
The village mill chapel has a simple altar. In the interior there is a statue of the Virgin Mary. The chapel is usually locked, but you can look into the interior through the windows.
