The village road 30 is a landmarked farm in the municipality Erxleben in Saxony-Anhalt belonging Village United Bartensleben .

It is located on the west side of the village on the west side of the village road that turns here. On the opposite side of the street is the Groß Bartensleben rectory .
Architecture and history
The two-storey residential building of the courtyard stands at the eaves on the street. The courtyard has existed in its present form since the late 19th century, but its core dates back to even earlier times. The central three axes of the seven-axis facade emerge as a flat central risalit . The upper floor is built in half-timbered construction, the building is covered with a half- hipped roof . The original windows (as of 2005) are remarkable.
A stand-alone stable, also built as a half-timbered building, belongs to the courtyard.
In the local register of monuments , the farm is listed as a historical building under registration number 094 84158 . Presumably by mistake it is referred to there as a cantor's council.
The courtyard is considered to be characteristic of the townscape.
