IC 2020 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sc in the constellation of power in the southern sky . It is an estimated 326 million light years from the Milky Way and about 50,000 light years in diameter.
In the same area of the sky is u. a. the galaxy IC 2024 .
The object was discovered by DeLisle Stewart on December 7, 1899 .
