IC 2007 = IC 2008 is a spiral dwarf galaxy with extensive star formation areas of the Hubble type Sbc in the constellation Eridanus in the southern sky . It is estimated to be 62 million light years from the Milky Way and about 25,000 light years in diameter.
The object was discovered by Lewis Swift on October 5, 1896 .
