IC 2014 is a bar-spiral galaxy of the Hubble type SBc in the constellation Reticulum in the southern sky . It is estimated to be 318 million light years from the Milky Way and about 105,000 light years in diameter.
The object was discovered by DeLisle Stewart on December 8, 1899 .
