IC 2034 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sc in the constellation reticulum at the southern sky . It is estimated to be 367 million light years from the Milky Way and about 130,000 light years in diameter.
The object was discovered by DeLisle Stewart on December 8, 1899 .
