IC 2037 is a spiral galaxy of the Hubble type Sb in the constellation Reticulum in the southern sky . It is estimated to be 364 million light years from the Milky Way and about 175,000 ly in diameter.
The object was discovered by DeLisle Stewart on December 8, 1899 .
