IC 2054 is a spiral galaxy of the Hubble type S in the constellation Table Mountain in the southern sky . It is an estimated 911 million light-years from the Milky Way and has a diameter of about 110,000 ly.

The object was discovered by DeLisle Stewart on November 17, 1900 .
