The guitar techniques learned and perfected from these genres ( sweep picking , alternate picking , tapping and more) mixed with knowledge from music theory and enabled the guitarist to work as a professional musician. In June 2018 he received two Austrian Gold Awards (JokeBrothers, Preiser Records ) for the composition of the soundtrack for the second and third season of the Horvathslos series and the two Seiler and Speer albums' Ham kummst 'and ' Und weida? 'have been awarded gold and platinum several times. Brodträger contributed guitar solos to both albums and has been on tour with the band since their first appearance at Gasometer Vienna in May 2015. Together they completed tours through Austria, Germany and Switzerland and played concerts at festivals, for example at the Nova Rock Festival in June 2018.

In addition to his activity as a studio and live musician, his first online course '10 Steps to Modern Shredding ', a 10-week learning program with around 6 hours of video material and 72-page script, appeared on his personal website in 2018. As a studio musician, he also made guest appearances on the album 'Arson' by the Austrian band Harakiri for the Sky , which he also supported once on stage at a concert in Switzerland in November 2017.
