IC 2024 is a bar-spiral galaxy of the Hubble type SBc in the constellation Netz in the southern sky . It is estimated to be 515 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of about 170,000 ly.

The object was discovered by DeLisle Stewart on December 7, 1899 .
