The Dornbach GmbH is a group of companies throughout Germany and internationally active in the areas of auditing , tax advice , legal advice and business consulting . The group of companies is represented by over 450 employees at 21 locations in Germany. Her business areas include: auditing, tax advice, legal advice, valuation, corporate finance advice, compliance management, restructuring, financial and personnel accounting as well as IT advice.
Companies
Dornbach GmbH was founded in March 1954 by Eike Dornbach sen. founded. In 1970 the company was converted into a limited partnership , which the founder's son, Eike Dornbach jun., Also joined at the beginning of 1977. From 1991 onwards, Dornbach expanded within Germany and set up another 20 locations in addition to its headquarters in Koblenz.
Today the Dornbach company consists of Dornbach GmbH, an auditing and tax consultancy company and various subsidiaries throughout Germany.
offices
The first expansion took the company shortly after reunification to the east of Germany, to Dessau . Before the turn of the millennium, the company set up locations in Wittenberg and Bad Homburg .
Dornbach GmbH spread across Germany with additional locations. Including the locations in Hamburg , Cologne , Mainz , Munich , Solingen , Darmstadt , Bad Homburg and Saarbrücken . The youngest location was opened in Pforzheim in 2017 .
Dornbach GmbH is represented with 21 offices in Germany.
GMN International
In order to meet the requirements of the global markets, the UK, USA and Mexico founded the GMN International Recommendation Network, to which Dornbach GmbH joined in 1985. Today GMN International operates worldwide and unites 60 consulting companies in 50 countries.
Cooperations
In 2019, Dornbach GmbH was the first European company to sign a cooperation agreement with the international ShineWing network from China. The company is the only WP company in Germany that works closely with an Asian network and thus plays a pioneering role.
As part of this cooperation, Dornbach GmbH founded a China Desk in its main location in Koblenz . Under the direction of Matthias Schenkel and the native Chinese Joyce Vergien, six other partners are integrated in the areas of International Audit, International Tax and M & A / Valuation. The group currently employs a total of 6 Chinese-speaking employees.
