The Dorrer Glacier is a glacier in the Ross Dependency of Antarctica . From the northeastern slopes of the Queen Elizabeth Range, it flows immediately south of Mount Heiser in an easterly direction to the Lowery Glacier .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own tellurometer measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1960 to 1962. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1966 after the German glaciologist Egon Dorrer (* 1934), who was part of the United States Antarctic Research Program operated on the Ross Ice Shelf from 1962 to 1963 and from 1965 to 1966 .
