The Dorsum Buckland is a dorsum on the northeastern front of the moon . It runs along the Montes Haemus on the western edge of the Mare Serenitatis , starting north of the crater Sulpicius Gallus in an arc to the southeast, until it meets the Dorsa Lister north of Promontorium Archerusia .

It was named after the British geoscientist William Buckland in 1976 .
