Dov Ber Abramovitz
Dov Ber Abramovitz (born 1860 in Vabalninkas , Russian Empire ; died 1926 in Jerusalem ) was a Lithuanian-American Orthodox rabbi and co-founder of the Misrachi movement in the United States .
Life
Dov Ber Abramovitz was born in Vabalninkas , Lithuania in 1860 . In 1870 his parents went with him to Jerusalem. There he became a rabbi. In 1894 he went to the USA. He was the chief dayan in St. Louis .
He was one of the founders of the Agudat Harabbinim and the Misrachi movement in the United States.
In 1926 he died in Jerusalem.
