Dracaena braunii (outdated also Dracaena sanderiana ) is a species of the dragon tree ( Dracaena ) in the asparagus family (Asparagaceae).

Distribution and description

The home is in Cameroon in western tropical Africa. Its leaves are oval-lanceolate; they are up to 20 cm long and 3 cm wide. The leaves are strikingly colored; they are green with white, yellow and silver-gray marginal stripes.

Dracaena braunii is as an ornamental plant used and also commercially available under the misleading from a botanical point of view, as a trademark registered name " lucky bamboo (" or English ) "Lucky Bamboo" offered, however, the dragon tree planting systematically far from the bamboo.
