The Dragon Tower ( Chinese 龙 塔 , Pinyin lóng tǎ ) is a 336 meter high tower in China . It is the Harbin TV and observation tower .
Completed in 2000, the tower is one of the tallest free-standing steel lattice towers in the world and was built for a number of different tasks:
