Drauffelt ( Luxembourgish Draufelt ) is a district of Clervaux , Canton Clervaux , in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg .

Drauffelt is located in the Ösling in the valley of the Klerf . The place has a rail connection to the Luxembourg – Spa line . Neighboring towns are in the north Mecher , east Siebenaler and south Enscheringen .

General

Drauffelt was badly damaged in World War II . The church of St. Cornelius stands in the center of the village. It was built in 1899 and replaces a chapel. It was badly damaged in 1945 and rebuilt in different ways in the 1950s.
